Students will learn Rhythmic terminology and all skills necessary to develop flexibility in legs, hips and back, all three splits, bridges, cartwheel, chest-stand, candlestick, leaps, ballet skills, etc. Students will also learn how to use all rhythmic equipment like ball, hoop, ribbon, and rope, and clubs.
