Description

 Students will learn Rhythmic terminology and all skills necessary to develop flexibility in legs, hips and back, all three splits, bridges, cartwheel, chest-stand, candlestick, leaps, ballet skills, etc. Students will also learn how to use all rhythmic equipment like ball, hoop, ribbon, and rope, and clubs. 9 hours/week. Total 120 lessons, 360 hours from 09/2018 to 06/2019. 

 

The application fee (registration fee) is to cover the insurance, costs for USA Gymnastics Association (individual membership fee is not included), and other costs for the team activities.
